Founder
Philip holds a Dr.-Ing. in Computer Science and a Master's in Data Science. For ten years he has worked as a software engineer and technical product manager in industry. He specialises in product management in complex technical environments, data engineering research, and the qualitative requirements work that keeps you from building the wrong thing. He likes to work at the intersection of technical and non-technical stakeholders, taking independent ownership of hard problems in close collaboration with domain experts.

Dr. Georg Schwarz
Freelancer
Georg holds a Dr.-Ing. in Computer Science for a doctoral thesis on microservice integration. As a researcher and engineer he has built, documented, and assessed complex microservice-based systems end to end, from full-stack implementation to platform engineering and architecture assessment. He specialises in Kubernetes, microservices, and software architecture, with the conviction that a system can only be truly understood by looking at the team and culture behind it.
